Current Openings
Center Director - $36k+/yr
Shifts: M-F days
40 hours avg per week
• Responsible for administrative functions that include but not limited to-Collect participant fees; post weekly snack menu; communications with parents
• Directly or indirectly manages and supervise all staff, substitute staff, and volunteers at assigned child care site
• Observes all rules and regulations at Kids Cove and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an educator in a licensed daycare, childcare center, or school OR a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or other related field
• Proficient computer skills in a variety of business related programs, including Microsoft Office
• Successful completion of state background check and over the age of 18 years of age
Lead Educator - $14.75/HR
Shifts: Multiple
28-32 hours avg per week
Responsibilities
• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while serving as a mentor to fellow Teachers
• Take the lead on classroom curriculum implementation along with building relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and Kids Cove.
Qualifications
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Successful completion of state background check and over the age of 18 years of age
Educator - $13.75+/HR
Shifts: Multiple
24 hours avg per week
Responsibilities
• Implement our foundations curriculum parallel with each child's unique learning style
• Present a welcoming attitude towards families; engage them in conversation about their child's education, and the features and benefits of our early childhood education programs
Qualifications
• 6 months experience as an early childhood educator in a licensed day care, childcare center, preschool, or part-time / full-time nanny experience may also be considered.
• Successful completion of state background check and over the age of 18 years of age
