Whether you need a couple hours to shop, enjoy a dinner, attend an unexpected meeting or simply need a break Kids Cove Drop-In can provide quality care for your children! We're perfect for ages 6 months - 12 years of age.

When is Kids Cove Closed?

We are open nearly every day of the year, except for New Year’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Kids Cove Drop-In offers delicious snacks including string cheese, apple sauce, graham crackers, yogurt, and more in packs! We serve snacks at 9:20 am, 11:00 am, 1:00pm, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm. and 7:00 pm! We kindly request that families refrain from bringing outside food into the facility, except in cases of dietary restrictions or while children will be under care for 5 hours or more.

When are automatic annual membership/enrollment fees due?

   Annual Membership Fee Policies

  1. Automatic Renewal: Membership fees will be charged automatically on the anniversary of your enrollment unless you provide written notice at least 14 days before renewal.

  2. Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable after the renewal date.

  3. Fee Adjustments: Any changes in fees will be communicated in advance. For questions or to submit a cancellation notice, please email us at kidscoveknoxville@gmail.com. Kids Cove may adjust annual fees periodically to align with updates in facility management and staff wages, ensuring we continue to provide the highest quality care and service for your family. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Am I able to combine discounts?

We appreciate your understanding that discounts cannot be combined, including the sibling rate discount. All discounts apply exclusively to drop-in bills. Since our sibling rate is already generously discounted, it cannot be combined with additional discounts. Thank you for your support and for choosing us! 😊

Is there a way to reserve drop-in services outside of normal  hours (i.e., before opening/after closing)?

Absolutely! If your appointment runs over or date night gets extended, we’ve got you covered. Just send us an email or text us at 865-507-1287 to check availability. We kindly ask for 24-48 hours' notice whenever possible. If we’re able to accommodate an extension or reservation, a non-refundable $20 reservation fee will be added to your account and applied toward your drop-in bill.

Please note, if you’re unable to show up and don’t update our staff within 3 hours of the scheduled time, the $20 fee will still be charged. Thank you for understanding—we’re here to help make things easy for you! 😊
