Weekday mornings built for homeschool families

A structured, hands-on morning at Kids Cove for kids ages 5 to 12. Each day brings a new theme, your child records what they did in their own Lab Notebook, and you get a few focused hours back in your week.

 

When

Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. First day: Monday, November 2, 2026.

 

What a morning looks like

  • 9:00 Morning Meeting: meet the day's theme

  • 9:15 Lab Block: a hands-on activity plus a Lab Notebook entry

  • 10:00 Move & Play: active games and movement

  • 10:30 Snack

  • 10:45 Read & Discuss

  • 11:15 Project Time: build, create, problem-solve

  • 11:45 Notebook Share: kids show what they learned

 

Daily themes

  • Monday: Science Lab

  • Tuesday: Make & Build

  • Wednesday: World & Nature

  • Thursday: Life Skills & Leadership

 

Two crews, one club

Explorers (ages 5 to 7) learn through play, stories, and simple experiments. Navigators (ages 8 to 12) take on bigger projects and help lead stations, so older kids practice leadership while younger kids learn from them.

 

What's included

  • A personal Lab Notebook

  • A monthly Learning Log (dates, themes, activities, and hours) you can keep with your homeschool records

  • A quarterly Cove Expo, where families come see what the kids made

  • 2 free Parents' Night Out passes per year

 

Monthly plans

  • Monday & Wednesday: $329 per month

  • Tuesday & Thursday: $329 per month

  • Monday through Thursday: $599 per month

Seats are limited. Plans are monthly only.

 

Start with a trial morning

Come try one morning first. The trial is $63 (three hours at our standard walk-in rate), paid when you book, and we credit it toward your first month if you join.

 

Good to know

  • Every family registers with Kids Cove before their first visit. Registration includes a one-time $15 application fee and sets you up as a Walk-In family, so you can also use regular drop-in care any time you need it.

  • Homeschool Club is supervised enrichment, not a school or tutoring program. You remain your child's homeschool educator.

  • Need to cancel or reschedule your trial? Please do it at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your trial morning.

  • Please send a labeled water bottle with your child each day.
