Hi everyone! I am currently working on a speech for an upcoming event and could really use a second pair of eyes. I have the main ideas down, but I am struggling to make the transitions feel natural and the opening really "hook" the audience. If anyone here has experience with speech writing or public speaking, would you mind taking a look at my draft? I am mainly looking for feedback on the pacing and how to balance a professional tone with some personal storytelling.
